Summer Select Programs, including Tournament based teams, YPSL, Pre-Y Teams and Summer Group Training
Deposits to hold or accept a roster spot are non-refundable, as we offer a limited number of spots for any roster, and notify those not accepted immediately to enable them to make other summer soccer plans. We make financial commitments to run teams based on accepted roster spots and deposit payments, so refunding those deposits would leave us liable for considerable costs with no way of paying for them. Because of this, there can be we no exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
Although the actual start date of the above identified summer select programs may vary, the scheduled start date for all summer teams is June 1st. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled start of the program (June 1st), or once the program has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. For cancellations made up to seven days prior to the start of the program, and based on individual circumstances, credit may be carried forward to other programs, camps or clinics run within the NJ Soccer Group. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy. In the event of tournaments being cancelled due to the weather, we will attempt to schedule alternate of game or training activities. In the event that the player is unable to attend these rescheduled activities, refunds will not be issued, but at the discretion of the NJ Soccer Group, credit may be given against future programs, camps or clinics.

STA Player deposits, training and tuition fees.
The soccer year runs from August 1st through to July 31st of the following year. For cancellations or refunds requested less than 90 days prior to the start of that soccer year, or once the soccer year has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as other players may have been rejected on the basis of the your commitment, demonstrated by payment of a deposit fee. Once the program year has begun, , credit may or may not be allowed to be carried forward to other programs, camps or clinics run within the NJ Soccer Group. This is entirely at the discretion of the NJ Soccer group. Credit is defined as the balance of all charges accepted by a family at the start of the program after commitments for physical costs including uniforms, warm-ups, bags etc have been deducted, but specifically excluding league and tournament entrance and coaching fees when decisions to enter these have not been made and communicated to players and families at the time a player withdraws from the program.
This level of financial commitment is considerable, but necessary to avoid players and families left on the team having to shoulder an unreasonable risk due to a change of heart from other families. Please note that there are no exceptions to this policy.
